Monsters are everywhere. We have nightmares about them, watch movies about them, and even turn into them ourselves. What makes a monster? Why do we fear what we fear? And how do we understand ourselves better by looking at the monsters that scare us? This class explores all of the above, and will culminate in a student film festival of short monster films.
